BetterHelp has been an amazing way for me to receive the mental support I need virtually, as my schedule does not allow me to meet in person. Their matching process for a therapist is great — I loved mine! I did have a lot of issues with video connection but they were always quick to offer support or provide a bonus session. I do wish they had a plan around $100 that was just for a monthly check-in. Overall, good service!
