BetterHelp has been great. As a full-time mom of 7 kids, it's hard to make time for therapy. It is almost counterproductive. Having BetterHelp is so easy. You can schedule appointments whenever you want. I like the phone option because it's embarrassing when I cry. I didn't think I would like it but I do. Great experience overall.
