Your experience with BetterHelp will most likely depend on your very first match with a therapist. I was unlucky and got a therapist who I didn't match with but I still gave it a try and changed therapists and matched with a great therapist on my second try. I am grateful that my employer offers Employee Assistance Program and I get BetterHelp for free but if I had to pay for it I definitely would.
