The genuine, visceral, raw experience that the individual sessions and group sessions have given was/is the best thing I could have done for my mental health!
Pros and Cons:
How I was connected to my therapist
The ability to have group sessions with other people going through the same thing as me
That I am able to have sessions on my laptop and phone if I need to
Not enough times available, or maybe I am just picking times at the last minute
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
