Overall Experience:

I definitely recommend using BetterHelp therapy no matter what challenge you are facing. I really love the live sessions and being able to engage with someone and get that feedback. I didn't use this service, but they offer group therapy sessions based on topics. I would just be at work so I can't join but they had many that I definitely would use.
Pros and Cons:
- The messaging feature, my therapist responds in a timely manner.
- The live sessions and group therapy sessions offered for other areas.
- The different therapy worksheets if you're interested in that. They have been really helpful to me getting to the root of problems.
- I don't see an option to pay as you go or weekly for the live sessions.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
