At a time I was struggling with coping with a change in my life, BetterHelp helped me connect with a therapist who helped me see my way through the situation, and come out happier on the other side. This is a very valuable thing, and worth the money I paid. However, I was able to work through my problem in one session, and I had pre-paid for 4. I haven’t had the time to book the rest of my sessions, and so I wish I had the option to book one at a time.
