I was very lucky that the first match from BetterHelp was the best match I ever had in therapists. My therapist has lived what I have been through and we hit it off right away. You are able to text when needed and you can meet with your therapist as many times as you need as long as they are available. The group counseling is a key feature for me staying with BetterHelp. I attend one weekly that is niche for my condition. Highly recommend if you need help within one week.
