Super excited about this app, may have heard about it on Impact Theory podcast and maybe Huberman Lab podcast and Instagram. Always on my phone and knew getting therapy would be helpful and this seemed like an easy way to get it done. The first therapist wasn’t right for me. Let the app know and I got a new one immediately. Little nervous to keep trying but I knew my mental health was worth it. LaVaughn Mosley, my therapist, has provided so much insight and I have made so much progress in only 3 weeks' time! I’m so grateful for the ease of BetterHelp. Recommend to everyone!
