From the first day of my decision to make the call to BetterHelp, my life has improved dramatically. Unfortunately, BetterHelp did not take my medicare insurance (year 2020), so I had to pay out of pocket.
I have been attending BetterHelp for the last two years with the same Therapist, Brenda. I have participated in a video call, and live chat while having the option to talk on the phone. I am also able to write a private message while we are not in session; 99% of my messages have been answered within minutes to an hour.
I feel so lucky to have found BetterHelp.com and look forward to the self-growth session I will be experiencing during my next text session in 5 days.
