    Horrible experience and company

    Horrible, frustrating experience. I bought my earphones in July, they were not great and didn't fit properly or help me sleep. I attempted to do the return/refund as it was within the 30 days. Took ages to get that all sorted, and now here I am nearly 10 weeks after they received them and zero refund. Only 1 response to my emails to follow up on what's happening with an email saying they had "issues with their payment system" which I can see in other reviews people saying the same thing. I'm guessing I won't see my refund ever. STAY AWAY from this company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
