I’m sure I’m not alone when saying I was hesitant, skeptical, nervous, etc. about trying out therapy. But I was also struggling to overcome some challenges in my life and mustered up the courage to try. I matched with my first therapist and she was great but I felt like I might feel more comfortable with someone else and they all support finding who fits you best.
