My therapist Vanessa is so helpful! She's already helped me fix an issue that was troubling me for years. She put things into a common sense response and it clicked with me and now it's not an issue! The online forum for chatting with your therapist is great, especially if you're like me and hate feeling vulnerable and anxious with face-to-face therapy. She's in the USA and I'm in Australia so I feel I can talk to her about anything as the anonymity of online counseling seems far less daunting. Highly recommend BetterHelp! I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share that this service is so convenient, great therapist, ease of access, and you can write a journal for them to read between sessions so you can journal as things arise that you want to talk about or just put out there.
