This is just a good app for me. All of the options that are offered for my introvert self when it comes to therapy are perfect.
I wanted to see what my therapist looked like for the first session so the video option is great. Sometimes I need to talk it out, so the phone is great. Sometimes I just want to memorialize something in writing so the messenger is great. I also really like the journal — it’s a great way to prompt conversation.
I only hope that this company treats their employees and actively promotes mental health within their own corporation.
