I was always a big fan, but recently I get no response from customer support at all through an email from their website, and you cannot contact them by phone. There is no way to do that.
All of a sudden, there is no way to rewind my courses (which I could before). I recently purchased a meditative painting course and every time I go to it, it keeps moving me to the next lesson and I cannot go back to lesson 1, which I never did yet. It now has me at lesson 3! I'm so frustrated that there is a kink with the program and they will not respond back to me. I do not recommend at all!
