This company is brutal, their products are visually nice, however, that's where all the good ends.
First of all, their bags are literally made from recycled trash material. If you ever compare their bags to something like NorthFace you will understand what I mean. It's literally trash material with the cheapest zippers a manufacturer can find.
Exchanges are non-existent, apparently, that's too complex for them.
Purchased a few things on Black Friday and requested to exchange the unopened product for a different size. I shipped the items back at my own cost. They told me they can't do that and I need to buy the item again at full price. Not customer friendly.

The hardware included is quality, and should there be any manufacturing fault with the hardware or materials, it is backed by our 3-year warranty.
We are happy to assist with exchanges when an item does not meet the customer's needs. During a busy post-holiday season, we ask our customers to proceed with a return and make a new purchase.
