Have attempted to cancel multiple times and I now have BOXES of contacts that I can’t use and no way to cancel. SCAM. If this will get the company to cancel my subscription please cancel my account.

We are so sorry to hear that you have had some trouble cancelling your subscription. Customers can now cancel their subscriptions by calling, emailing, or chatting with us. We recently launched a new function that allows our customers to cancel their subscriptions via their Customer Portal.
