For starters, I found a Dr. Gundy recipe for the shake on YouTube. It's one generous scoop of ProPlant, one and a half cups unsweetened coconut milk (I didn't have any, so I used 2% milk.), one teaspoon pure vanilla extract, two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, and some ice cubes. The shake was smooth and delicious. I am a regular Stevia user, so the taste didn't bother me. What did bother me was the upset stomach I got after drinking the shakes. I am giving this some time to see if it goes away. If not, I will give up the shakes. I have post-menopausal weight gain, and it's been so hard to lose weight. I am still hopeful this product will live up to its hype.
