I highly recommend BetterHelp for therapy. They are very well organized, friendly, caring, and professional. I love the convenience of online sessions and the opportunities to attend online classes that help me work on my issues. I also find journaling and responses from my therapist within their online program to be an excellent part of my therapy. I feel like there’s a team supporting me now. I don’t have the anxiety I had on a daily basis. Journaling, receiving feedback, online classes, plus weekly sessions with my therapist, is like a complete package.
