Very helpful

Overall Experience:

I've been very impressed with BetterHelp. I was referred to them by a friend in social service work and they have been very helpful in making their services as affordable as possible. They respond promptly to any questions you have as well.
Pros and Cons:
- Prompt response to emails
- Gave me additional discounts for services
- There doesn't seem to be a lot of flexibility to meet less often with the counselor. Those options should be offered for those that don't need to meet a counselor weekly.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
