I’ve been using BetterHelp for the last several weeks now and so far so good. I really love my therapist. The platform is very easy to use and very detailed. They offer several varieties of group sessions in addition to the personal one-on-one sessions with your therapist. I know that not everyone will like online therapy, but it never hurts to give it a try. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being able to talk to someone who isn’t related to my problems, lol.
