Easy to use, better than traditional therapy

Overall Experience:

BetterHelp matched me with an amazing therapist. It has allowed me to access support that fits in with my busy timetable, as well as having access to support around the clock. It was easy to use and I was able to access financial assistance to help it become affordable to me. I have recommended it to many people now.
Pros and Cons:
- Able to have sessions that fit in with my schedule
- Able to access text message support when I need it
- Easy to use
- Matched with a great therapist
- Originally was quite expensive, but I was able to access financial assistance through the app
- The camera sometimes doesn't work well for video sessions
