    BetterHelp

Best option out there for therapy

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

    BetterHelp is very accessible.

I'm happy with the therapist they matched me with on the first try, but I like that it's easy to switch therapists if needed. I also like that there are many group therapy sessions available for a wide range of topics.

However, I did have one slightly negative experience. I had a group session reserved, but when the time came to sign in to that session, I had been removed. I'm sure there was a reason, but no explanation was given. I think this reflects more on that specific group therapist rather than BetterHelp as a whole.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Many therapists to choose from
    • Flexible scheduling
    • Option to message or leave notes for your therapist any time
    • You can be removed from a reserved group session without explanation

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
