I was skeptical of signing up for BetterHelp at first, as I prefer a face-to-face experience. But the therapist I was matched with immediately created a comfortable space. I would like to continue using the services, but even with discounts, it is too expensive for me. It is much cheaper than other options and I believe you get more than what you pay for in the best way possible.
