Honest to God, I can't remember ever writing a negative review. I usually brush things off easily, I'm pretty easygoing, but this is just too much, and I want to warn other women out there (especially if you are trying for a baby) before you subject yourself to more than 7 HOURS of stress and anxiety by this absolute sham of a company without ever providing any of my results to me (normal or not normal), which is what this company made me do. And trust me, the stress doesn't help your chance of conception.

This incompetent and useless absolute fraud of a company sent me a code that was already redeemed, when I typed it into their website at 10 pm on cycle day 2, it said, "This code has already been redeemed." I emailed them immediately that night at 11:02 pm with all the info, pics, and said I would be happy to provide anything else. I had to test when I woke up at 6 am on cycle day 3 the next day (which is when they tell you to test on an 8-hour fast on CD3 since that is when they consider the baseline to be).

I was not going to wait another month to test (I waited for the blood to dry per their instructions and mailed it out about 5 hours later, they received my blood tests 2 days later at 10:40 am in San Diego). If you have been trying for a baby as long as I have with every supp, tincture, tea, powder, acupuncture, fertility cup, preseed, fertility book, and everything under the sun, every month that goes by is a massive disappointment.

I figured this should be an easy fix for them, especially since it was their fault, and they should easily be able to tell me either "normal" or "not normal" via phone, snail mail, email, or whatever. After many emails back and forth with them asking me for purchase info pics and about 10 other pics they wanted, including all the barcodes, they said that because they sent me the wrong code, that there was no way possible that they can process the blood test that I correctly sent in and they incorrectly sent me the wrong code. Oh really? You can't give me a quick call or send snail mail, or god forbid even create another code just to tell me if my result is normal or not normal? Elon Musk is sending people to the moon with hopes of colonizing Mars, but they can't tell me basic information from running a 5-minute blood test because they sent me the wrong BS code? Am I missing something?

They paid off reality TV celebs from The Bachelor and MAFS to be front and center on their website for a reason, because those are the only legs they have to stand on. Modern Fertility brings nothing to the table, and from everything I've read, they bring vague, questionable results at best, their product sucks guys, it's THERANOS 2.0. I predict somebody will eventually take this shady company down if and when somebody with some actual power from the government is able to get inside their labs.

I'm not expecting them to be rocket scientists here, but can someone with some power grow half a brain and implement basic 5th-grade problem-solving skills and run a 5-minute test? Pricking 3 different fingertips (they only provide 3 lancets for 3 fingers only, and I did follow the instructions to the absolute tee, I ran them under warm water for a couple of mins beforehand, rubbed them together, did jumping jacks beforehand for almost a full minute) and standing over my bathroom sink for 45 mins squeezing and massaging my fingers so hard at 6 am (they are still sore 3 days later with the marks on them), just praying to God to get 8 blood drops before I have to stab my finger with a knife for the 2 test strips (4 drops for each test).

That should have been the most stressful part, but that doesn't even come close to the hell this joke of a company put me through. They told me I can just stab my fingers again next month on cycle day 3. I told them I would rather walk into oncoming traffic. I trust them about as far as I can throw them. They can take that refund and shove it.
