Overall Experience:

I have been so grateful to have been able to receive therapeutic assistance from BetterHelp. It is a great service that offers life coaching services for a range of issues. I have been able to manage and deal with issues that have held me back with the help of my therapist, BetterHelp resources, and as an added bonus, you can access groupinars on particular interest topics!
Pros and Cons:
- Variety of service (chat, video, groups webinars)
- Worksheets
- Goal setting
- Availability of therapist
- Can do from home
- At home
- Not as much accountability maybe
- Virtual platforms can be challenging for to access when not at home
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
