The customer service is horrible. Shipping/transit times are horrible. It takes weeks to receive the boxes after they tell you it ships. The boxes don't actually move for at least 2 weeks after they tell you it shipped. They tell you they are working on it, but there has been no improvement in over 2 years. I have given up and have canceled my subscription due to lack of concern by this service.
