I have been in therapy before but this has been an excellent experience. The screening process works and you will be set up with a therapist that suits you. I like the "zoom" format and I hear from my therapist between sessions to see how all is going. I feel I have made good progress and quicker than I expected. I appreciate the homework and the conversational format, not a person just listening and not reacting.
