I love being able to have video sessions with my therapist. But, if need be, I can switch to an audio session if necessary.
The best part is being able to message her any day of the week. She gets right back to me. There are times when waiting a week or so until your next session just doesn't work. The messaging part of this therapy is worth so much.
I get reminders when it's time to write in my online journal. Even when I have to make myself write, I always feel better afterward.
Scheduling appointments could not be easier. When life gets in the way, I can reschedule online and send a message directly to my therapist.
