It may have been the shake or a combination of the shake and the Gundry capsules, but I experienced excessive uncomfortable bloating, incessant flatulence, and unpredictable explosive diarrhea. I could not venture anywhere without a bathroom in very close proximity. Not an experience I will ever forget, nor ever want to occur again.
