Overall Experience:

Since beginning with BetterHelp, it's been easy to get a therapist, contact my therapist, and resolve some of the ongoing issues that I have because of a PTSD experience. I'm looking forward to getting better and becoming myself again.
Pros and Cons:
- The therapist that was matched with me
- Their flexibility on the cost of the service
- The speed in getting help, almost the same day it was requested
- Some of the interface of the service with my phone
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
