I found BetterHelp a great service to use. It’s incredibly easy to use. My therapist is absolutely great and highly skilled. The service is so much cheaper compared to the service I would have in my country.
BetterHelp helped me also to have discounted sessions based on my salary and on 3-month membership. My therapist reaches out to me even during the week and cares about how I am doing. She sends me plenty of material to work on it.
