Helping put pieces back together

Overall Experience:

I've had my eye on BetterHelp for a while before finally feeling like I couldn't put the pieces back together myself and being truly at a very decisive moment in my life.

I took the leap and haven't regretted it once. I am so thankful for this service that allows me to work on my mental health and stability in an environment I feel safe in and with professionals that truly hear me and work with me.
Pros and Cons:
- Convenience of speaking with a professional from home
- Professional therapists
- Choice of communication between texting, phone calls, or video calls
- Large variety of professional's focuses to choose from
- Classes where I can learn about what I struggle with — knowledge is power!
- Groups to connect with other people who struggle like I do
- Cheaper than meeting a therapist locally to me
- It is still expensive but LESS than it would be in person
- I wish you could meet with more than one group per week
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
