If you're seeking therapy I highly recommend BetterHelp and Daniel for your therapy, truly the best dollars I've ever spent.
Pros and Cons:
- I felt heard without judgement
- Gave great advice
- He knew jus how to speak to me, felt more like talking to a friend rather than a therapist
- The site can be a little glitchy sometimes but not super bad
