I've had a good experience with BetterHelp. I like being able to put my feelings into writing and I like being able to message and chat with my therapist. I always have something to consider at the end of a therapy session and I feel confident things are going to keep getting better. I want to stick with it and get to the things I can't see yet but know are there.
