Overall Experience:

Great experience. This is the second car I’ve brought from Vroom and the quality of vehicles is why I came back to buy again.
Pros and Cons:
- Buying process
- The convenience
- Delivery
- Waiting timeframe
- Too many representative handling the account
- Asking for paperwork multiple times when already sent
