I ordered the Bellroy laptop sleeve only to discover there are holes in the design. There was no indication of this in the product description or photos on their website. When you're ordering something to protect your laptop, this feels like a critical piece of information that was left out.
Once it arrived I asked to return the sleeve or exchange it for the model without holes and was told they couldn't exchange it or cover the cost of shipping the item back.
I really wanted to support this company because of their sustainability commitments, but this customer service experience was terrible. You shouldn't mislead customers about what their buying and then expect them to pay for your mistakes.
