Great service — some therapists are better than others.

Overall Experience:

I am very grateful to have BetterHelp as a resource. The therapist with whom I am currently working is amazing! I was working with a therapist about a year ago who was fine but definitely not at the same level of professionalism as the one with whom I work now. I stopped seeing them and then, a few months later, decided to give it another try. Be sure to find the right fit for you!
Pros and Cons:
- Ease of use
- Virtual sessions
- Ability to find another provider
- The first therapist I was matched with was nice but not super helpful, she also only met with me for 30 minutes when it appears the sessions were supposed to be 45
- Consistency amongst providers seems to be a challenge (see above)
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
