BetterHelp was my first choice of therapy because my work schedule is a little difficult to work around, with last minute changes and later appointments times needed. From the beginning, I felt supported by my therapist. The BetterHelp App also provides journaling prompts, and group sessions, if needed, in addition to or in-between regular therapy sessions. The app is easy to navigate, and I love that you can cancel anytime. The chat option with your therapist is also very convenient and nice to have.
