I am very impressed with BetterHelp. I am grateful it is available online. It doesn't save me much money, but the therapy sessions and the group therapy sessions are top-notch. I love not having to drive somewhere or sit and wait for an appointment. I love that I can be comfortable in my own home and wear jammies if I choose. I have found my therapist is far better than the others I have gone to outside my home. Also, no masks need to be worn! I highly recommend BetterHelp.
