My therapist's name is Michele, and she’s wonderful. She really listens and makes sure not to overstep any sensitive topics. Anytime I’m having a specific problem she knows exactly what to say to make me feel better about the situation. If there are any worksheets that will help, she sends them over to me on the app, she gives me great advice about how to deal with certain situations/people. She’s been great, she’s an amazing listener, she reaches out to me if she hasn’t heard from me, reminds me she’s always there if I need to talk to her outside of our scheduled sessions, she’s just overall a wonderful person and I recommend BetterHelp to anyone that asks.
