Overall Experience:

I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone considering therapy. My introverted nature makes this the perfect safe space. I have the option of talking about anything and everything on my couch in the privacy of my own home!
Pros and Cons:
- The therapist I was matched with
- The simplicity of the setup
- The price
- The app crashes a little too much
