I have a great therapist and listener. She has created a welcoming environment via video sessions that is personal and friendly. During my sessions with my therapist, I feel heard about the issues I am dealing with in my life (fear, anger, and grief). It is easy to talk with my therapist. She has provided me with helpful strategies that challenge my negative or unrealistic thoughts. This has improved my ability to focus my thoughts in a positive and realistic way.
