I'm extremely happy with my experience on BetterHelp. Most of my life I haven't been able to afford paying for therapy and BetterHelp made it accessible for me to pursue it. It was important to me to have a therapist that could also incorporate my Christian faith into our sessions and I was so happily surprised at how they help you find the right therapist for your desired wants, along with whatever your needs are. Being someone that lives abroad, I also appreciate that I could do this service virtually so I could speak to someone in my mother tongue!
