Overall Experience:

BetterHelp allowed me to meet the best therapist anyone can ask for, Giovanna Agostinelli. I love their stuff platform, and how easy they make it to communicate with her.
Pros and Cons:
- Multiple ways of communication
- You can switch therapist without questions asked
- You read a detailed summary of your therapist
- I wish I can get more sessions without paying more
- I feel like therapy should be free, something out government can take care of
- I don’t feel like there’s much to dislike
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
