    Obligated to keep stuff, even the ones you didn't order

    Overall Experience:

    The customer service is crap and they force you and refill things that you didn't even order just by putting it in the basket. And they double everything for you to make their sales, and they don't mind leaving your card. And the employees do not have the capacity to resolve a simple situation. They charged me money ($522.48) for things that I did not choose, and when I made the claim, they say that you cannot return them when, I did not even receive what I ordered. And they double-charged me for everything.
