I considered buying this product, but when I saw the shipping charges and read some reviews, I closed the window rather than submitting the order. I was shocked to see an email confirming my order a few minutes later. Since it was a Saturday, I was able to freeze my debit card before they could charge it, and on Monday, the transaction was declined. I went online and canceled the order, got the usual, "So sorry to see you go, if it makes a difference, we'll give you a discount, blah blah blah..." I canceled the order. Today, a week later, I see a charge come in for this product. I immediately called to complain and was told that it doesn't matter whether or not you complete the order, once you put in your credit card, it processes. They refused to cancel, saying it's already shipped and I have to pay shipping and return shipping. Stay away from these thieves! And read the reviews that say it doesn't work and stains everything!
