I have done in-office therapy before and wasn't sure if online would work. I was wrong because I have been paired with a therapist that fits well with me and answers spot on to my questions. And she evokes thoughts and answers from me that help me to move forward in my healing. I love group sessions and the webinars also. Thumbs up to BetterHelp.
