BetterHelp was so easy to request help and they responded quickly with a therapist match! The video sessions at home were convenient and worked well! I procrastinated a long time before I contacted BetterHelp, but I am so glad I finally did! It was one of those, “I should have done this a long time ago” kind of thing, lol.
