BetterHelp has been such a massive change to my life for the better. I'm honestly so glad I took the step to get help and tried it out. It's amazing and I'm shocked at the price you pay for what you're getting. I'd recommend it to anybody who is looking for help. It feels like a small step, because it's all online and very accessible, but actually it's made such a difference in my life already and I've only been using it for two weeks.
