I have been in and out of therapy since I was 5 years old, and I'm 27 now! This is by far the best experience with a therapist and company that I've ever had. They matched me perfectly with a therapist to fulfill my needs which is extremely difficult given my history. I'm on a fixed income and wasn't able to start immediately so they had reached out to me to see why I hadn't signed up yet and I was waiting for my payday and they gave me additional financial aid on top of what I already qualified for. Their customer service is so sweet and goes above and beyond. I actually feel like I'll be able to accomplish my therapy goals because of this platform. I feel understood and cared about by my therapist, and always have a way to contact her. Well worth the money any day!
